In addition to the daily use of the Synchronicity CD soundtracks, achieving personal fulfillment includes a wide variety of
tools and techniques designed to create balance on the physical, emotional, mental and environmental levels.
1)THE PHYSICAL DIMENSION addresses diet and exercise as the primary means to create biochemical balance.
DIET & EXERCISE SUGGESTIONS:
A balance diet per each individual's needs can be found in books like, THE ZONE DIET, by Dr. Barry Sears, and EAT RIGHT
FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE, by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo, both endorsed by Synchronicity Foundation. The latter, addresses different
blood types and their corresponding specific dietary needs.
Some type of regular aerobic exercise on a daily basis is also recommended. Even a daily 20 minute brisk walk is highly
beneficial until one can build up to something more physically challenging.
2) THE EMOTIONAL DIMENSION addresses balance by bringing awareness to our feelings. Although diet and exercise supports
hormonal balance, creating a conscious flow of positive feelings and thoughts throughout the day to counter dominant negative
feelings, also assists to bring us in balance.
3) THE MENTAL DIMENSION addresses balance by bringing awareness to our thinking. Here, we direct our mind to affirmative,
positive thinking throughout the day to balance out the negative aspects around us. Biochemical and hormonal balance in the
physical and emotional bodies also helps support neuro-chemical (brain) balance.
4) THE ENVIRONMENTAL DIMENSION can be balanced by using Synchronicity's HARMONIC COHERENCE CD. This soundtrack can be
played in the background of one's workplace or in the car. In conjunction with the Synchronicity Contemporary Meditation
CD, together they actualize both the interior and the exterior balance that is necessary to achieve a progressive, integrative,
wholeness in the human experience.
You can find more information regarding the Harmonic Coherence CD, as well as other Synchronicity soundtracks on this website
