Synchronicity Contemporary Meditation involves listening to an audio soundtrack
that entrains "whole-brain",multi- dimensional balance and synchrony, designed to harmonize and balance the chaotic environmental
energies that surround us in our modern, technology-based world.
I teach at The Devi Clinic in the 12th South
District on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30pm. Alicia Anderson, also a certified Synchronicity Teacher, teaches
the Friday at 11am and Sunday at 5:30pm classes. We hope you can join us.
THINGS TO BRING: Comfortable clothes for sitting. The studio provides blankets and cushions;
however, should you have a favorite meditation cushion you may be more comfortable bringing it. No previous meditation experience
required.

Daily morning sessions are focused on the basic mechanics of meditation as a balancing technique… the
Five-Fold Cycle… experiences and questions… holistic lifestyle… expanding upon the prior evening’s
dialogue with Master Charles. Each morning session concludes with a session of Synchronicity Contemporary High-Tech Meditation.
Daily afternoon sessions focused on integrative movement including conscious dance, laughter yoga, Qi Gong,
Shrine of the Heart Breathing, etc. Also includes the following:
- Daily meditations at the Blessed Mother Public Apparition Site.
- Contemporary Empowerments available each evening.
- Integrative Protocols available each day.
- Individual and group facilitation of experience with High-Tech Meditation and Modern Spirituality Paradigm.
